The HeySugarDaddy service, accessible at heysugardaddy.com and via our mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), is operated by:

Trusted Brokers Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. References to "we", "us", "our", or "the Operator" throughout these Terms and Conditions mean Trusted Brokers Ltd.

The following terms have the meanings set out below when used in these Terms and Conditions:

By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance box, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines published on the Service.

3.1  These Terms apply to all Users and govern every aspect of your use of the Service. Where Sugar Daddies and Sugar Babies are subject to different provisions, this is indicated clearly within the relevant section.

3.2  The Service, its content, and any data accessible through it are provided for private, non-commercial purposes only. Use for any commercial purpose — including, without limitation, the solicitation of money outside the platform's permitted mechanisms, the promotion of third-party services, or the operation of multiple accounts by a single individual or organisation — is strictly prohibited.

3.3  The Operator provides the Service on the basis of these Terms in the version valid at the time of registration. We may amend these Terms in accordance with Section 20 below.

3.4  If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register for or use the Service.

4.1  The Service is available exclusively to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We operate in compliance with the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and the Children and Young Persons Acts. The Service is not directed at or intended for use by persons under 18 years of age.

4.2  We operate a mandatory age verification process for all Users. Registration will not be confirmed until age verification is successfully completed. If we have reason to believe that a User is under 18 years of age at any time, their account will be suspended immediately and access terminated pending the outcome of verification. Age-verified accounts found to belong to under-18s will be permanently deleted.

4.3  You must be resident in, or a national of, a country in which use of the Service is lawful. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

4.4  Users must not register on behalf of any other person or organisation. Each individual may hold only one Account on the Service.

5.1  To use the Service, you must create an Account by completing our registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date at all times.

5.2  Your Account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access or use your Account. If you believe your Account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

5.3  You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account.

5.4  We reserve the right to refuse registration or decline to accept any application to create an Account without being required to state a reason for doing so.

5.5  Registering with false information, including using another person's identity or photographs, is a serious violation of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under the Fraud Act 2006 and the Identity Documents Act 2010. Such violations will result in immediate permanent account deletion and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5.6  You must not operate more than one Account on the Service. Where multiple accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all such accounts may be suspended or permanently deleted.

6.1  HeySugarDaddy is an online social and connection platform designed to facilitate mutually beneficial introductions and interactions between Sugar Daddies and Sugar Babies. The Service enables Users to create profiles, browse other members, exchange messages, engage in video calls, share content, and send and receive virtual gifts and tips via the Token economy.

6.2  For Sugar Daddies: Your experience is powered by Tokens, which you purchase in bundles. Tokens are used to unlock features including but not limited to: initiating or continuing conversations, viewing private photo galleries, sending virtual gifts, and video calling. Token costs are displayed clearly at every point of spend.

6.3  For Sugar Babies: You earn GBP Earnings as Sugar Daddies spend Tokens on interactions with your profile. You do not purchase Tokens. Your Earnings are displayed in GBP within your dashboard at all times. The Earnings rate applied to Token activity is determined by your Tier (see Section 8).

6.4  The Operator does not guarantee that any User will make any particular level of Earnings, establish any connection, or achieve any other specific outcome from using the Service.

6.5  The Service is not a matchmaking, marriage brokerage, employment, or escort agency. The Operator's obligation is solely to provide access to the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6.6  Video calling functionality is provided via third-party infrastructure. The Operator is not responsible for the technical performance of third-party services.

7.1 — Token Bundles

Sugar Daddies may purchase Tokens in the bundles made available on the Service from time to time. Current bundle pricing is displayed at the point of purchase. We reserve the right to amend bundle pricing and availability with reasonable notice.

7.2 — Nature of Tokens

Tokens are virtual credits, not currency. They have no monetary or cash value and cannot be:

• Exchanged for money or any other currency by Sugar Daddies;
• Transferred to another User's account;
• Used for any purpose outside the Service;
• Carried over after account termination (except as required by applicable consumer law).

7.3 — Payment Processing

Payments for Token bundles are processed by our third-party payment processors (currently Stripe and/or other approved processors). All transactions are subject to the terms of the relevant payment processor. We accept major debit and credit cards. Payment details are not stored by the Operator; they are securely processed by our payment provider.

7.4 — Currency & Taxes

All Token bundle prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT at the applicable rate. If you are purchasing from outside the United Kingdom, your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency conversion fees for which we are not responsible.

7.5 — Subscription & Auto-Renewal

Where the Operator offers subscription-based Token packages, the subscription terms (including renewal and cancellation rights) will be clearly disclosed at the point of purchase and will form part of these Terms upon your acceptance.

7.6 — Failed Payments

Where a payment is not completed or is subsequently reversed (including via chargeback), any Tokens credited to your account as a result of that payment may be removed immediately. Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and may be referred to our payment processors or relevant authorities.

8.1 — How Earnings Accrue

Sugar Baby Earnings accrue when Sugar Daddies spend Tokens on Token-denominated features associated with a Baby's account. The GBP value of Earnings credited is determined by the Baby's current Tier reward rate, applied to the platform's GBP-equivalent value of the Tokens spent.

8.2 — Tier Structure

Tier upgrades take effect at the start of the following calendar month. Tier downgrades follow the same monthly review cycle. The Operator reserves the right to amend Tier thresholds and reward rates with 30 days' notice to affected Users.

8.3 — Platform Revenue Share

The Operator retains the remainder of Token revenue not distributed as Baby Earnings as its platform fee. Sugar Babies are shown only their GBP Earnings; platform fee mechanics are not disclosed within the Baby-facing interface.

8.4 — Private Photo Pricing

Sugar Babies may set a Token price for access to their Private Content galleries. The Token price is displayed to Sugar Daddies at the point of purchase. The Baby's GBP Earnings from Private Content unlocks are calculated in accordance with her Tier reward rate.

8.5 — Withdrawal Process

Sugar Babies may request a Withdrawal of accrued Earnings subject to the following:

• A minimum Withdrawal amount of £20.00 applies;
• Withdrawals via PayPal are processed within 1 business day (subject to PayPal's own processing times);
• Withdrawals via bank transfer are processed within 1–2 business days;
• You must provide accurate, valid payment details. The Operator is not responsible for failed transfers caused by incorrect details provided by the Baby;
• The Operator reserves the right to place a Withdrawal on hold pending identity or fraud verification, with written notice to the User.

8.6 — Tax Obligations

Earnings paid to Sugar Babies may constitute taxable income under UK law (or the tax law of your country of residence). Sugar Babies are solely responsible for declaring all Earnings to the relevant tax authority (e.g. HMRC in the UK or Revenue in Ireland) and for paying any income tax, National Insurance contributions, or other taxes due. The Operator does not withhold tax on behalf of Sugar Babies. We recommend you seek independent tax advice.

8.7 — Earnings Are Not Employment Income

Sugar Babies are not employees, workers, or agents of the Operator. The receipt of Earnings does not create an employment relationship of any kind. The Operator makes no guarantee as to the level of Earnings any Baby will receive.

If you are a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or equivalent applicable legislation, you have the following rights:

9.1 — 14-Day Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel a purchase of Tokens or a subscription within 14 calendar days of the date on which the contract is concluded, without giving any reason, provided that you have not already consumed (spent) those Tokens.

9.2 — How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement sent before the 14-day period expires. You may contact us by:

You may use the following model cancellation wording, though it is not required:

9.3 — Refund on Withdrawal

If you exercise your right of withdrawal in respect of unspent Tokens, we will refund the purchase price of those unspent Tokens within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. Where you have partially spent Tokens, an appropriate deduction will be made proportionate to Tokens already consumed at the time of withdrawal.

9.4 — Waiver of Cancellation Right

If you request that digital content or services (including Token-powered features) begin immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right of withdrawal in respect of any Tokens so consumed. We will seek your express prior consent to this effect at the point of purchase in accordance with regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• Treat all other Users with respect, dignity, and courtesy;
• Provide only accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your profile and communications;
• Promptly update your account information if it changes;
• Safeguard your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorised access;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Service;
• Not use the Service in a manner that may harm, exploit, degrade, or endanger any other User;
• Report any content or behaviour that you believe violates these Terms using the in-platform reporting tools or by contacting us at [email protected].

The following are strictly prohibited on the Service. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent deletion, and may be reported to law enforcement where required by law.

11.1 — Identity & Deception

• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Using photographs, names, or personal information that are not your own;
• Creating accounts for commercial, research, or investigative purposes without our prior written consent;
• Operating multiple accounts;
• Providing false age, gender, or location information.

11.2 — Financial Misconduct

• Soliciting money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or other financial instruments from any User outside the platform's Token mechanism;
• Operating fraudulent schemes, advance-fee fraud, or romance scams;
• Soliciting payment for sexual services or in exchange for the promise of a relationship;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods;
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals.

11.3 — Harmful & Illegal Content

• Uploading or sharing any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse, exploitation, or grooming — any such content will result in immediate account deletion and mandatory reporting to the National Crime Agency (NCA) and Internet Watch Foundation (IWF) as required under the Online Safety Act 2023;
• Sharing content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit within public-facing profile areas;
• Content that promotes violence, self-harm, suicide, terrorism, or any illegal activity;
• Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory on the grounds of race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other protected characteristic;
• Distribution of malware, viruses, spam, or unsolicited commercial communications;
• Content that infringes any third party's intellectual property rights.

11.4 — Platform Circumvention

• Requesting or sharing external contact details (phone numbers, email addresses, social media handles, WhatsApp/Telegram usernames) with the aim of communicating outside the platform;
• Advertising or promoting third-party platforms, services, or websites;
• Scraping, crawling, or systematically extracting data from the Service;
• Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or networks;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other automated means to interact with the Service.

11.5 — Professional Services

• Offering or advertising professional services of any kind (including but not limited to escort, companionship, modelling, tutoring, or coaching services) through the Service;
• Using the Service for commercial recruitment or talent acquisition without our prior written consent.

12.1  You are solely responsible for all Content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service. By submitting Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have all necessary rights to the Content; (b) the Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) the Content complies with these Terms and all applicable law.

12.2  Licence to the Operator: By uploading Content to the Service, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your Content solely for the purposes of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your Account, subject to any backup or legal retention obligations.

12.3  The Operator is not obliged to review all Content prior to publication but reserves the right — without prior notice — to remove, edit, or block any Content that violates these Terms, is the subject of a credible complaint, or which we otherwise determine is harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the nature of the Service.

12.4  Profile photographs must be genuine photographs of you. The use of AI-generated, digitally altered, or stock imagery as profile photos is prohibited.

12.5  You indemnify the Operator against all costs, claims, damages, and expenses arising from any breach by you of the warranties in clause 12.1.

13.1 — Reporting Content

Users can report content or behaviour they believe violates these Terms by:

• Using the in-platform "Report" button on any profile, message, or piece of content;
• Emailing [email protected] with details of the reported content and its location on the platform.

We will acknowledge receipt of your report and investigate it promptly. You will be notified of the outcome where appropriate.

13.2 — Enforcement Measures

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a written warning by email;
• Remove or edit specific Content;
• Temporarily suspend the User's Account;
• Permanently delete the User's Account;
• Report the matter to relevant law enforcement agencies or regulatory bodies;
• Pursue civil legal action to recover damages.

The Operator makes enforcement decisions at its sole discretion, taking into account the severity and frequency of any violation.

13.3 — Appeals

If your Account is suspended or deleted, or specific Content is removed, you may appeal within 30 days of the decision by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Appeal — [your username]". We will review all appeals fairly and promptly. Our decision on appeal is final.

13.4 — Misuse of Reporting

Submitting false or malicious reports with the aim of harming another User's account is a violation of these Terms and may itself result in enforcement action against the reporting User.

14.1  In accordance with our obligations under the UK Online Safety Act 2023 and our commitment to user safety, all Users are required to complete identity and age verification before accessing the Service. Verification is conducted by an approved third-party provider.

14.2  We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time, including where we have a reasonable suspicion regarding the age, identity, or location of a User, or where a Withdrawal request is pending and verification has not been completed.

14.3  Accounts that fail verification or where the User declines to complete verification will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

14.4  All identity documents submitted for verification are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK GDPR.

15.1  The Operator takes the protection of your personal data seriously. Our collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated into these Terms. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering.

15.2  We process personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Where you are resident in Ireland, we also comply with applicable Irish data protection legislation.

15.3  By using the Service, you consent to our processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, restrict, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

16.1  We aim to make the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and the Service may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

16.2  Where planned maintenance is expected to exceed 3 hours, we will endeavour to provide at least 24 hours' advance notice via the Service or by email.

16.3  The Operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Service beyond that which cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.

17.1  All intellectual property rights in and to the Service — including but not limited to the HeySugarDaddy name, logo, domain, design, software, database, and all non-user-generated content — are owned by or licensed to Trusted Brokers Ltd. All rights are reserved.

17.2  You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, display, perform, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

17.3  Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership of, or licence in, any intellectual property owned by the Operator, beyond the limited right to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

18.1 — Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Operator's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

18.2 — No Guarantee of Connections or Earnings

The Operator makes no representations or warranties — express or implied — regarding: (a) the suitability or compatibility of any other User; (b) the accuracy or completeness of any User's profile; (c) the level of Earnings any Sugar Baby will receive; or (d) any outcome resulting from use of the Service.

18.3 — Third-Party Content and Services

The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party services (including payment processors, video call providers, and identity verification services). The Operator is not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service and does not endorse them.

18.4 — Limitation of Liability

Subject to clause 18.1, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability to any User — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount paid by you to the Operator in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) £100.

The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

18.5 — User Responsibility for Interactions

All interactions between Users — whether on or off the platform — are the sole responsibility of the Users involved. The Operator strongly advises Users to exercise caution when meeting people they have connected with online. If you choose to meet another User in person, please take appropriate safety precautions and inform someone you trust of your plans.

18.6 — Off-Platform Activity

The Operator has no control over and accepts no responsibility for communications, agreements, transactions, or activities that take place between Users outside the Service.

19.1 — Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by accessing the account settings within the Service or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon closure: (a) any unspent Tokens (Sugar Daddies) are non-refundable except within the statutory cancellation period under Section 9; (b) any outstanding verified Earnings above the minimum Withdrawal threshold (Sugar Babies) will be processed within 30 days of account closure.

19.2 — Termination by the Operator

We may suspend or terminate your Account with immediate effect if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by law or a court order;
• Your account has been inactive for 24 consecutive months;
• We have a reasonable belief that your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Where we terminate your Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms, we will give you 14 days' written notice by email.

19.3 — Effect of Termination

Upon termination: (a) all licences and rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately; (b) you must cease all use of the Service; and (c) the Operator may delete your Account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. Accrued Earnings owed to a Sugar Baby at the point of termination (where the Operator terminates without cause) will be paid out within 30 days.

19.4 — Data Retention

We will retain your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, including legal and regulatory obligations, and will delete it thereafter in accordance with our data retention schedule.

20.1  The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Users of material changes by email and/or via a notice within the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

20.2  If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you may close your Account before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

20.3  The current version of these Terms is always available at heysugardaddy.com/terms.

21.1  If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Service, please contact us in the first instance at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 5 business days and to resolve them within 28 days.

21.2  If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. Details of any applicable ADR scheme will be provided in our response to your complaint.

21.3  If you are a consumer resident in the Republic of Ireland, you may also contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) for guidance, or seek resolution through the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

21.4  Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising your statutory rights or from bringing a claim in the courts of England and Wales or, where applicable under applicable consumer law, in the courts of your country of residence.

22.1  These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

22.2  Subject to clause 22.3, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

22.3  If you are a consumer habitually resident in the Republic of Ireland, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of Irish consumer law that cannot be derogated from by contract, notwithstanding the choice of English law in clause 22.1. You may also bring proceedings in Irish courts where required by mandatory consumer protection law.

23.1  Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

23.2  Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines or policies published on the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operator in relation to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

23.3  Waiver: The Operator's failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

23.4  Assignment: The Operator may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, provided that the assignee assumes all obligations under these Terms. You may not assign your Account or any rights under these Terms to any other person.

23.5  Third-party rights: A person who is not a party to these Terms has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of these Terms.

23.6  Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of a conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version prevails.
