HeySugarDaddy is built on genuine connection. These standards exist to protect every member and ensure the platform remains a place where real relationships can flourish.
Who this applies to
This Code of Conduct applies to every person who uses HeySugarDaddy — Sugar Daddies, Sugar Babies, and anyone browsing the platform. It applies to all activity on the Service: profile content, messages, video calls, virtual gifts, and any interaction carried out through the platform.
By registering for HeySugarDaddy, you agree to uphold these standards. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the platform. Serious violations may be referred to law enforcement.
This Code of Conduct should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail.
The golden rules
- 1Be genuine. Use your real photos and represent yourself honestly. Deception — whether about your appearance, age, occupation, or intentions — destroys trust and will result in account removal.
- 2Be respectful. Treat every member as you would wish to be treated. Rudeness, aggression, and unsolicited explicit content are never acceptable.
- 3Be safe. Never share personal financial information, home addresses, or workplace details with other members before you are absolutely certain you can trust them. Trust takes time — take yours.
- 4Respect boundaries. A "no" — or no response — is a final answer. Do not continue to contact a member who has not responded to you or has declined your approach. Persistence is not flattery; it is harassment.
- 5Stay on platform. Keep your conversations and connections within the HeySugarDaddy platform until you have established genuine trust. This protects you and the other person.
Respectful communication
Every conversation on HeySugarDaddy should feel welcome and considered. The way you open a conversation sets the tone for everything that follows.
- ●Introduce yourself and express genuine interest in the person's profile
- ●Ask questions and listen — good connections are two-way
- ●Accept rejection graciously and move on
- ●Keep your language respectful, even in flirtatious exchanges
- ●Check in if you're unsure whether something you want to say is appropriate
- ●Send unsolicited explicit messages or images as an opening
- ●Repeatedly message someone who hasn't responded
- ●Use insulting, degrading, or sexually aggressive language
- ●Make demands or issue ultimatums
- ●Threaten to share someone's profile or private content with others
Honesty & authenticity
The quality of connections on HeySugarDaddy depends entirely on members being who they say they are. Misrepresentation of any kind undermines trust across the whole community.
Profile standards
- →Your profile photos must be recent, accurate likenesses of you. Using photos that are heavily filtered, more than 5 years old, or that misrepresent your appearance is not permitted.
- →AI-generated, stock, or digitally fabricated profile images are prohibited and will result in immediate account removal.
- →Your stated age must be accurate. Misrepresenting your age — in any direction — is a breach of this Code and of our Terms and Conditions.
- →You must not operate more than one account. Multiple accounts are treated as a serious violation.
- →You must not create a profile on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
In conversation
You are not obliged to share personal details you are not comfortable sharing. But whatever you do share should be true. Inventing or exaggerating your circumstances — lifestyle, income, occupation, location — in order to attract or retain a member's interest is deceptive and violates this Code.
Financial conduct
HeySugarDaddy provides a Token system that lets Sugar Daddies express appreciation and unlock features in a safe, transparent way. We strongly encourage all financial interaction to take place through the platform's built-in mechanisms.
Prohibited financial behaviour
- Soliciting money, bank transfers, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any financial instrument directly from another member
- Requesting payment in exchange for continued conversation, a date, or any form of companionship
- Operating romance scams, advance-fee fraud ("send me money and I'll send more back"), or any other deceptive financial scheme
- Misrepresenting wealth, assets, or financial circumstances in order to attract members
- Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment methods to purchase Tokens
- Initiating unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks
A note for Sugar Daddies
Generous gestures through the platform — virtual gifts, Token tips, private content unlocks — are warmly encouraged. They're transparent, safe, and directly reward the Baby you appreciate. Sending money outside the platform removes those protections and opens both parties to risk.
A note for Sugar Babies
Your Earnings on HeySugarDaddy are generated through genuine in-platform activity. If any Daddy asks you to accept money outside the platform, or asks you to send money to them in any form, treat this as a serious red flag and report it to us immediately. You will not be penalised for reporting.
Content standards
All content — profile photos, gallery images, messages, and anything shared during video calls — must comply with the following standards.
Public profile content
- ●Clear, recent photos of yourself
- ●Lifestyle photos (travel, dining, leisure)
- ●Photos that show personality and interests
- ●Tasteful, non-explicit glamour or fashion shots
- ●Sexually explicit nudity on public profiles
- ●Photos of other people without their consent
- ●Images depicting violence, weapons, or drug use
- ●Stock, AI-generated, or heavily filtered images
- ●Logos, watermarks, or advertising
Private galleries (Sugar Babies)
Sugar Babies may make more personal content available in their Private Gallery, accessible to Sugar Daddies who unlock it with Tokens. Private Gallery content must still comply with UK law, including the Online Safety Act 2023. Prohibited in all circumstances, including Private Galleries:
- Any content depicting, suggesting, or referencing anyone under the age of 18;
- Non-consensual intimate imagery (sharing intimate images of another person without their consent);
- Any content that violates UK obscenity law.
Messaging content
Unsolicited explicit images in messages — regardless of the sender — are a violation of this Code. Both parties must give clear, willing consent before explicit media is exchanged in any private conversation.
Privacy & consent
Members trust each other with private information, photographs, and conversation. That trust must be honoured.
- →Do not share other members' content outside the platform. Screenshots, forwarding of messages, and sharing of private photos or personal details without the other person's explicit consent is a serious breach of this Code and may constitute a criminal offence under the Voyeurism (Offences) Act 2019 and the Online Safety Act 2023.
- →Do not record video calls without the knowledge and consent of all participants. Covert recording of video calls is prohibited and may be unlawful.
- →Do not dox other members. Attempting to discover, compile, or share another member's real identity, home address, workplace, or other personal details without their consent is a severe violation.
- →Respect withdrawal of consent. If a member asks you to delete their content or cease all contact, you must comply immediately.
Personal safety
HeySugarDaddy takes the safety of our members seriously. Below are the precautions we recommend and, in some cases, require.
Protecting minors
- !Any member found to be under 18 years of age will have their account permanently deleted immediately and will be permanently prohibited from re-registering.
- !Any content depicting, referencing, or sexualising minors will be removed immediately. The matter will be reported to the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), the National Crime Agency (NCA), and — where required — to relevant law enforcement agencies, in accordance with our mandatory obligations under the Online Safety Act 2023.
- !Any member found to be attempting to contact, groom, exploit, or communicate with a minor will be permanently banned and reported to law enforcement. We cooperate fully and without hesitation with all such investigations.
- !If you believe a member is under 18, or that any member is attempting to contact a minor, report it to us immediately using the in-platform report button or by emailing [email protected].
Reporting & support
If you encounter any behaviour or content that you believe violates this Code or our Terms and Conditions, please report it. Every report is reviewed by our moderation team and you will not be disadvantaged for making a genuine report.
How to report
- 1In-platform report button — available on every profile, message thread, and gallery. This is the fastest way to flag something to our moderation team.
- 2Email us at [email protected] with details of the content or behaviour, the username of the person involved, and any screenshots you are able to provide.
- 3Safeguarding concerns — reports involving minors or suspected abuse should be sent directly to [email protected].
What happens after you report
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours (reports of potential child safety violations within 2 hours). Our team investigates every report promptly and fairly. You will be notified of the outcome of your report where we are able to do so.
Consequences
We take enforcement seriously. Our response is proportionate to the severity and frequency of any violation.

The Operator reserves the right to act outside this framework where the circumstances of a violation warrant a more or less severe response. Enforcement decisions are at the sole discretion of the Operator.
Appeals
If your account has been suspended or deleted, or if your content has been removed, and you believe this was done in error, you have the right to appeal.
- 1Email [email protected] within 30 days of the enforcement decision with the subject line: "Appeal — [your username]"
- 2Include a clear explanation of why you believe the decision was incorrect, along with any evidence you wish us to consider.
- 3We will acknowledge your appeal within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 14 business days.
- 4Appeals are reviewed by a member of our team who was not involved in the original decision.
